April 11 Preview: THREAD Show in San Diego
On April 11, San Diego will host THREAD. This isn’t your typical sample sale. Thread is a curated event that features original indie talent from homegrown to high end, their site reads “showcase of the best emerging, trend forecasting, style breaking, genre bending fashion designers, and the music and art that rock their world.” Each year the gig grows larger and larger, meaning there will be even more ways to empty your pockets in the surf city. They’ve added furniture, house wares, and art to the lineup. Add a floating ecosystem to your shopping bag! Whether you’re looking for new threads for your tikes (kids get in free, fyi), trying to outfit your new living room or just want to take advantage of the free hair/makeup salon, THREAD is a great way to support up and coming talent and find cool new stuff at the same time.
