Chanel Unveils New Collection in China

As we mentioned back in October, Chanel will be revealing their new Shanghai flagship store this week! December 3rd to be exact.

This will also mark the debut of Karl Lagerfeld’s newest collection, Metier D’Arts. For this will be the 8th of its kind to date. Some of the other previous LUX-locations include: Paris, Tokyo, New York, Monaco, London and Moscow.

The Metier D’Arts collections were established in 2002 after Chanel acquired seven specialist Parisian ateliers that have collaborated with the house for decades, including Desrues, Lemarie, Lessage, Massaro, Michel, Goossens and Guillet. –via WWD.com

This grand opening will include all forms of LUX-ury including a ‘Paris-Shanghi’ themed affair that’ll be hosted by the king of fashion himself, Karl Lagerfeld.

Expect greatness and ready-to-wear attire like never before. One of our FAVs is this ‘lambskin quilted flap bag’ featured above. If you’d like to gain a sneak peak at more of the exclusive items only available at the new flagship boutique in Shanghai, click HERE.
