Christian Siriano & Payless: Fall/Winter 2010 Designs

Since winning Project Runway, Christian Siriano has definitely made a name for himself and found his groove. He is best at creating edgy, trendy designs and is doing exactly this for Payless. Siriano debuted his F/W ‘10 collection this week in New York amongst the fashionable and gossip worthy sets—noted front row celeb fans included the beautiful Mena Suvari and Amber Rose.

For this Fall/Winter collection, Siriano pulled inspiration from the chic women of Paris, and 18th & 19th century antique furniture. The pumps, booties, boots and sandals were shown in patent reptilian with heels detailed with French Rocaille in antique gunmetal. Siriano experimented with simple, ladylike slingback silhouettes with massive ruffles to fierce cut-out boots.

Siriano’s standard of edgy footwear was paired with blacks and navy in wools, cashmere and organza. He lightened the collection with pops of fuchsia and wine and stunning chiffon dresses. Siriano showed suits, slouched pencil skirts, belted trench coats, gowns and flirty dresses with volume.

Check out Payless this September to have something Siriano for your closet.
