What can I say LUXies, I am a big believer in our own LadyLUX philosophy of ‘Good for the Sake of Good’ and get inspired every time I hear of stories that truly make me believe all over again in the power of individuals, people and the human heart!! This is exactly what was found with this new initiative, the ‘Grant for Change’ project by Nau.

Nau, is a lifestyle clothing company that is committed to ‘business unusual’ as they like to put it. ‘A small group of people, committed to the power of business as a force for change, we are not just looking to make some new clothes, we are aiming to redefine what it means to be successful.’

This dynamic company has taken on a huge community appreciation initiative with their new ‘Grant for Change’ project. This ACT of service is something that speaks volumes of not only their company’s ethics, but the ethics and integrity of each individual involved at Nau. It’s an inspirational culture to see demonstrated ‘live’ and on the web. They truly believe in making a difference one action at a time.

The idea behind the annual community project, the ‘Grant for Change’ initiative is to honor athletes, artists or activists who are initiating change and making a positive impact on their communities. Nau is building a community of individuals aligned by their shared values of wanting to make a difference called the ‘Nau Collective.’

Every great movement begins with a voice. This year is the kick-off to this annual affair and they need YOUR help!! Not only are they requesting submissions, but they also want to get your votes on whom you LUXies believe deserves to be awarded this $10,000 grant!! Now you can nominate yourself or anyone else you believe demonstrates the qualities of an impactful change agent. They also need you to VOTE and let your voice be heard on which story touches you the most!!
