Lady Gaga to make tunes for Thierry

Ever since Thierry Mugler hired Lady Gaga's stylist, we knew a collaboration would have to arise.

Nicola Formichetti, creative director at Thierry Mugler and stylist to one of the biggest pop stars in the world, said her client Lady Gaga will provide the music for Mugler's Paris show on Wednesday.

Mugler told WWD that Gaga is the musical director of the show, and rumor has it that the song may be a remix of a song off her much anticipated upcoming album, which will be released in May.

Judging by her Twitter presence alone—she has almost 8 million followers—Lady Gaga is arguably one of the most famous people in the world. Adding her name to Mugler's men campaign could mean hordes of screaming fans on the streets of Paris—and more attention for menswear shows.

Formichetti is known as a creative tour de force. She styled Lady Gaga for the MTV Music Awards, for which Gaga donned the infamous “meat dress,” and has consulted with Gaga on many of her attention-getting getups.
