In an interview with People magazine, the recently rehabilitated Lindsay Lohan revealed that she’s getting back to work. In fact, she’s adding a footwear line to her 6126 collection.

“I took inspiration from old Hollywood glamour and added a modern edge,” Lohan told the mag. “It was key to make comfortable, timeless shoes that can easily go from day to night and feel cool, chic and glamorous.”

The sketches reveal chunky wedges with a rocker edge and strappy platforms—styles not too distant from the look Lohan sports on the streets of Los Angeles.

Her business partner, Kristi Kaylor, insists that the line is sourced from the highest quality materials.

“They’re timeless — you’re buying an over-the-knee boot to wear for years,” she told People.

Lohan, who designs 6126 with Kaylor, has quickly grown the brand from a line of leggings. By May of last year, she announced they were adding handbags to the brand.

“Our goal from the beginning has been to be a complete lifestyle brand, but we wanted to pace ourselves,” she told WWD at the time.

Over the summer, when Lohan was first incarcerated, there was speculation whether the sentence would actually increase sales.
