New Wedding Resource added to Glamour.com
LUXies, it seems a new wedding portal is now available through Glamour.com.
The channel is centered around a blog and carries the tagline “For brides (and the people who have to put up with them).”—said Cindi Leive, Glamour editor.
This new addition comes on the tail end of two of Condé Nast’s bridal magazines stopping press. This new online resource seems to be the perfect solution for taking online magazines to the next level.
Expect the message to be much different than the brides.com site in the Condé Nast family. Brides.com is much more of a resource in planning the ideal wedding with practical advice and expert opinions.
This new wedding channel, Glamour Weddings, is meant to bring more light-hearted conversations among users on several wedding topics and everything that goes along with them. Utilizing the blog format, this new online destination would like to offer users a more relaxed and fun way of viewing weddings.
“As with the rest of Glamour.com, we think the heart and soul will be the funny, opinionated and passionate debate among the users.”—states Leive.
