Project Runway Will Return for a 7th Season
LUX Fashionistas, we can now rejoice with the confirmation that our FAV designer show, Project Runway will premiere January 14th. So whether you’re around or not, be sure to set those DVRs to record the first glimpse of the new season’s fierce competitors.
This marks the 7th season for the Project Runway contestants and they’ll be greeted back in New York with the infamous trendsetters: Heidi Klum, Tim Gunn, Michael Kors and Nina Garcia each taking on the roles of host, mentor and judge.
Each of the 16 contestants will be competing for the life-changing three spots to showcase their collections on their final display at Bryant Park for New York Fashion Week. This will gain them national attention for their declared creative genius!
Not to mention, this season’s winner will receive even more! On top of the chance to sell their line on Bluefly.com and have an editorial feature in Marie Claire magazine, there will be a $50,000 technology suite by HP and Intel package to have the tech support to run their own business. Top it all off with a cash prize of $100,000 from L’Oreal Paris to make for a sensational grand prize!!
Another LUX-feature of this hit series is that it’ll be displayed in Hi-Def for the first time in all seven seasons. So set those remotes and mark your calendars for this coming January 14th at 11 PM ET/PT.
