A big thank you goes out to Tesla Motors who developed the world’s first highway-capable electric powered sedan known as the Model S. The car will be on the market by 2011 and promises zero-emissions, a battery life of nearly 160-300 miles per charge, and a charge time of no more than four hours. Not bad, especially considering the charge is already built into the car, so there are no headaches or worries when it comes time juice it up.
