The Empire State Building Inspired Fashion by Footwear Brand, Geox

Creative inspiration can come from a variety of means, right LUX Nation?

Well, in the case of the Italian footwear brand Geox, it appears that the architecture of one of the most infamous New York buildings was the muse for their newest ‘skyscraper collection.’ Regardless if you’re scared of heights or not, you can now have sexy heels that allow you to make a one-of-a-kind fashion statement!

Fifteen women’s style shoes are part of this limited-edition collection that has been directly influenced by our very own Empire State Building. The heel of each of the shoe has been carefully crafted to reflect the building, even using rhinestones as accents to resemble the windows of the skyscraper!

You will find a variety of other distinctive detail, including the choice of animal prints: leopard, zebra and python. This new line was designed in honor of the largest flagship store ever opened by the brand, which is also located in New York City.

As you might remember, we reported the tech-savvy genius of Geox shoes back in October. They have patented technology that allows the shoes to breath, which supports your foot and allows it to breath through a customized micro-porous membrane. If you’d like to learn more about their pioneering efforts then be sure to visit their website: Geox.com.

So LUX-shoephiles, what do you think of this newly inspired collection? Does the skyscraper idea make you want a pair of your own?
