Tom Ford Seeking $50 Million in Funding for Expansion

Tom Ford, best known as his role as creative director at Gucci, is now looking to diversify into women’s apparel.

As of now, the 2004 company Tom Ford International focuses on menswear, as well as eyewear and fragrance lines for both men and women. They have four storefronts and several wholesale channels. This just isn’t enough for the LUX-ury label and they’re currently seeking $50 million (£30.5m) in capital to branch out. Their female clientele will be the focus of this design move, with a whole new line of women’s clothing in mind!
