Well LUXies, the votes are in for the top beauties of the last decade and Angelina Jolie tops the list!

The survey conducted by Superdrug, was completed by 3,000 people and selected Jolie for her ‘strong character’ over her infamous sultry look!
‘‘Angelina Jolie is not a conventional beauty, but her strong character shines through her fabulous features to give her a unique standing in the beauty world.” – said Steve Jebson, Commercial Director for Superdrug.
The close second spot for beauty was given to Jennifer Aniston. Best known for her role in Friends, people seem to love her girl next-door appeal. Interesting to think that both of Brad Pitt’s loves have been selected by public opinion for the top beauties of this decade!
Kylie Minogue, Australian musical genius, came in third and with her new album now available for download, we’re sure she can’t be happier for ranking in the top five! Right behind her is the gorgeous Hollywood namesake Catherine Zeta-Jones.
To round out the top five was ‘The Girls Aloud star and X Factor judge, Cheryl Cole. Who happens to be last year’s number one face! Not to mention, she’s just recently landed a gig with the beauty giant, L’Oreal.
Other notable mentions to make the top 10 include: Scarlett Johansson, Keira Knightley (previous 2008 winner), Beyonce, Liv Tyler and Halle Berry.
The most LUX factor about these results include the fact that women of varying backgrounds, age and features were selected. The diversity of the final selections truly reflects the adage that ‘beauty truly comes from within.’
