Vogue and Online Fashion 100 release latest list for Vogue’s Online Fashion Week
Vogue is partnering with the Online Fashion 100, which lists the key players in the fashion world, to produce the latest edition of the list for Vogue's Online Fashion Week in December, reported Vogue. Presented by Leon Bailey-Green, the list is the ultimate enumeration of the fashion elite “movers and shakers,” including retailers, communicators and innovators.
How will the two companies possibly choose among all the options? They will get help from you. The public is invited to get online and rank their top 15 nominations, plus three choices for a Special Award.
“It's fantastic to have the Online Fashion 100 being announced as part of our first Online Fashion Week on Vogue.com,” Vogue.com editor Dolly Jones said to Vogue. “It is such an appropriate partnership: to unveil the third list during a week that will be all about celebrating fashion's potential online, by highlighting all the key people working so hard to realize that potential, makes perfect sense.”
Voting commences Oct. 10 at Directorsof.com. Winners will be released on Vogue.com during Online Fashion Week, held Dec. 5 to 9, 2011. See last year’s list at directorsof.com/onlinefashion100.
