Kat – With Love, From Kat

Fall Fashion Must-Haves: With Love From Kat

These moto booties by Loeffler Randall are the most gorgeous shade of brown. I love that they have a tiny heel making them so much easier to walk in and comfortable for everyday wear. Pair them with black skinny jeans and an ivory colored blouse.

This CC Skye messenger bag is the perfect black bag for fall. The snakeskin gives it a rich texture and the cross body strap makes it ideal for shopping and city living. I've had it on my wish list forever and think it’s time I get it!

A tweed skirt by Rebecca Taylor combines so many gorgeous elements. I love the deep shade of red, the tweed material and flattering cut. It's not too short and not too long and can be worn with knee-high boots or heels. It would even look great in the winter with tights underneath.

Allie – Allie Wears

Fall Fashion Must Haves: Allie Wears

I've been on an endless search for the perfect booties & these DVF haircalf flat booties take the cake. I love the mix of the leather & suede, the slight heel, & the subtle hardware. When living in New England, a functional boot is just as important as a chic boot & I'm confident that these wouldn't disappoint.

With a deep seeded love for cross-body bags, I prefer that style of handbag to any other. I've had my eye on this Marc by Marc Jacobs Classic Q Percy Bag for months. It's small, simple, and the perfect length. Most importantly, it's a bag that will never go out of style.

What I love as of late are oversized cashmere knits, especially this Vince hi-low cashmere sweater. I have a feeling they will be on repeat a lot during these colder months & I plan on wearing them with skinny jeans, printed trousers, & flowy mini skirts The deep purple is still solemn enough for the winter weather, but is not as safe as black.

Fall Fashion Must Haves: The Brunette One

With the official start of autumn and the shorter days and cooler temperatures on the horizon, it's time to refresh your fall wardrobe! This season I'm taking inspiration from the streets of New York Fashion Week. A full skirt by Tibi that covers most of your legs almost demands a form fitting cropped top. Pair your swingy skirt with a cropped crew neck sweater that reveals just a hint of skin. Sexy, yet demure.

These heels. It's time to update your basic black heel. Spice things up with this sexy cut-out heel bootie by Steven. Throw these heels on with a cropped trouser and blazer for the office and change into an A-line dress for a night out!

Pink is the new black. Retire that trusty black winter jacket you have to the back of your closet for one by Elizabeth and James. This pop of pink wool jacket is long enough to keep your tush warm, but stylish enough to get noticed in the office hallways to the grocery store aisles!

Melisa – Sparkle in Your Step

Fall Fashion Must-Haves: Sparkle in Your Step

These Stuart Weitzman over the knee boots are a revised take on my all-time favorite boot, Stuart Weitzman's 50/50s. Over the knee boots are one of the hottest pieces this fall. Why not go with a beautiful staple that will provide fashion and comfort! The subtle heel makes them versatile and easy to wear. The beautiful, soft leather only gets better with age. These are a wardrobe must!

Mixed materials + two-tone coats = fall must! This season, beautiful two-tone coats are all the rage. This Yigal Azrouel jacket provides you with two of fall's hottest trends with a timeless, easy to wear option. I love the coziness of the boucle, but love the contrast with the beautiful lambskin sleeves. This beautiful piece can be dressed up or down. Talk about practical and fashionable.

I have been coveting a fabulous backpack all season! I've been keeping my eyes open for the perfect backpack, and I think I've found an amazing one in this beautiful Alexander Wang selection. It's sleek, yet roomy. I love that this backpack can totally go from day to nigh. The black leather with the gold tone hardware looks so luxurious, plus, I'm of the school of thought that you can never go wrong with black and gold.

Lauren - La Petite Fashionista

Fall Fashion Must Haves: La Petite Fashionista

Living in the Midwest, it gets so exhausting wearing the same predictable sweater plus jeans combo during chilly fall months. I'm all about the fun and unexpected pieces this fall to spice up my cold weather uniform! I would describe my style as classic meets eclectic - I can't resist a good statement piece. I swear sometimes I have a little bit of cowgirl in me so these fun fringed booties by Sam Edelman are right up my alley. I also love the quirky intarsia sweater trend that's happening right now. The “Oh Deer” sweater by Madewell is perfectly ironic since I actually live somewhere that people go hunting in the fall. As for bags, gone are the days where I carry everything but the kitchen sink in my purse. I'm all about these oversized clutches from Clare Vivier that carry just the essentials & coordinate effortlessly with every outfit!

Amanda - Casual Friday

Fall Fashion Must-Haves: Casual Friday

A good leather jacket can solve most problems. Boring outfit? Leather jacket. Don't know what to wear? Throw a leather jacket over it. Considering going naked? Obviously, a leather jacket. (Erin Wasson would do it!) I'm picturing this one by Iro over an over sized white tee with black wax jeans and my Isabel Marant Dicker boots. Probably with a top knot and red lips and my Balenciaga City. Kind of obsessed with the notion of this fictional outfit already!

Anyone who has read my blog knows that my bags of choice are always either 1.) Really tiny bags, because really, what more do I need than my credit cards, phone, and chapstick? If I ever carry a huge bag it always turns into a grocery store situation, like, why is there a banana in here? When did I even pack that for lunch? Or 2.) Backpacks, because secretly, don't we all want to dress like a schoolgirl in fall without throwing on a skirt with some knee-highs? Backpacks instead of bags are slowly but surely infiltrating my bag collection and you know what? I'm not mad at it.

Confession time: Velvet is one of my all time weaknesses. I am still convinced that one day my Chanel FW12 velvet bag (in the tiniest size of course) is going to materialize itself somewhere and I will then become its proud owner and we will live happily ever after. I apparently have a track record of buying a pair of Supergas every season in a different color and I really just have to have these velvet ones. Kind of integral to my life.

Elisa – My Fantabulous World

Fall Fashion Must-Haves: My Fantabulous World

My must-haves for fall/winter 2013-2014 all speak to urban-style rock. Comfortable and versatile, it's a style that reflects my personality and is suitable for many different occasions. This MSGM overcoat is featured in one of my favorite colors, army green. It’s timeless and easy to match. I chose leather and rubber heeled boots by Sergio Rossi as the ideal shoe for cold winter days. Perfect for all day, they can take you from morning to evening. Finally, the Alexander Wang Rocco bag is one of my favorite “it” bags. Beautiful, practical and comfortable, I hope to have this in my wardrobe soon!

Stephanie – Coco Chic

Fall Fashion Must-Haves: Coco Chic

I decided to choose three pieces that are both hot off the fashion press and that will withstand the test of time with trends. Of course, one can never have too many black bags, especially when they're of the Alexander Wang variety, and this stingray style is by far one of my favorites of the season. Pair it with these Diane von Furstenberg lace up boots and a brushed coral coat from Elizabeth and James and you'll be set for snow-dodging and the coming winter. You may need to stock up on something to wear underneath it all…

Vittoria – The Beautiful Things

Fall Fashion Must Haves: The Beautiful Things

Leather dresses are incredible investment pieces. Get one in the perfect shape and fit and you can dress them up or down all year round. This lambskin and silk dress by J. Mendel is amazingly flattering, with tight tailoring and a sexily stylish double-v neckline. It's also fall's perennial favorite color - oxblood.

My love of handbags used to exclusively center on top handles but recently I've found a new appreciation for those with shoulder straps. They work well with other autumn staples, like fitted blazers or chunky sweaters because they add a sense of polish. The strap on this fold-over bag by Prism can be worn doubled or long, allowing for flexibility in your final look.

When seasons change there is always a period where footwear is left in the lurch. These slingback sandals from Alexander Wang help make the transition from warmer temperatures to cooler ones smoother by their novel use of fabric. Felt-covered but still open in design, they have a killer heel but lots of strappy support making for the perfect casually dressy fall shoe.
