Jewelry company David Yurman goes mobile

It seems every company is jumping on the m-commerce train, and David Yurman is no exception. In collaboration with Createthe Group, the high-end jewelry brand has created a mobile-commerce site,, reported WWD.

“Many of our brand devotees are busy executives with little time to shop, as well as people who simply appreciate the ease, convenience and speed of a world-class mobile-commerce experience,” David Yurman president Carol Pennelli said to WWD.

The goal is to help corner the fast-approaching holiday shopping market. The site’s features include a sizeable product catalogue and a “Style” shopping area where consumers can browse the latest styles worn by celebrities.

Employing mobile GPS, the Store Finder allows customers to find the nearest David Yurman store or department store that carries the line. Users can also receive exclusive mobile promotions.
