InStyle Magazine to Combine Tech-Fashion for March Issue
Utilizing 3-D technology, the March Issue of InStyle Magazine will be a one of a kind edition featuring the popular trends to come! Which causes it to rank high on our LUX-o-meter, so we just had to share.
Some of you LUXies might recognize this new treatment from the December issue of InStyle, as featured above. Well this time they’re raising the stakes on the use of this tech-savvy application, which requires you to also have access to a webcam and computer for the full experience!
The featured piece will be in the editorial section called ‘Clothes We Love’ and the 3-D view can only be activated by holding the magazine up to a webcam. Once this occurs, then a ‘live action’ styling session will begin that takes the information from the magazine to a whole new level of fashion 101! Providing you simple instructions and graphics to stretch the six key pieces to 12 complete looks! This focus on education through fashion is simply LUX!
This new feature has the ability to draw you in at first glance and is definitely making us excited to pick up our own copy of this March issue to see the final masterpiece. Remember, these pieces also come with a complete buying directory to allow you to easily prepare your closet for the spring/summer must-haves!
