Savannah

Considered America’s most haunted city, Savannah lets ghost hunters experience some haunted locations through activities like ghost walks, historic tours, cemetery tours and candlelit walks. Hunters must definitely visit the Bonaventure Cemetery with its famous angelic statues and haunted homes like the Olde Pink House and the Sorrel-Weed House.

The Stanley Hotel

The Stanley Hotel has already opened its deadly doors in the movie “The Shining,” but this Colorado hotel already had a spook factor of its own without the help of the movie. Ohio State Reformatory

Eastern State Penitentiary

Built in the early 1800s, the Eastern State Penitentiary is a ghost hunters dream with all of its long hallways, scary walls and shadowy cellblocks. Once the home of notorious murderers and criminals like Al Capone and Morris Bolber, this is the setting of the massive haunted Halloween prison, “Terror Behind the Walls,” for nighttime scaring. Ghost hunting groups can book their appointment in advance and even conduct their hunt during the haunted house.
