ECO LUX: Sustainable Accessories with Style

If you’re wanting to add some eco-fashion to your wardrobe this coming season, then this might be the line for you!

By now LUX Nation, you’ve probably realized my own obsession with eco-fashion and with that said you must check out this latest spring/summer collection by Cruz Della Casa.

Started in the Argentinean market only two years ago, it’s already made quite a name for itself. In 2009, they were even invited to be a part of the green fashion space, which highlights companies that are focused on the ecological and sustainable design features of their collections.

Know that each piece of the Cruz Della Casa line is handmade and all of the fabric comes from ‘recycled fabric’ that was not used from other fabric factories. Helping to turn what was once waste into wearable fashion! How LUX-tastic is that?

The techniques used to create the accessories and clothing is a combination of artisan techniques and embroidery. It definitely leaves each piece with a distinct look and feel.

One of the most intricate and powerful pieces includes the ‘Peto’, which is a design that integrates both jewels and fabric to add this detailed look to most of their dresses and shirts.

Overall, they offer a variety of ‘green designs’ that include: necklaces, headpieces, bracelets, dresses and much, much more. Be sure to visit the gallery above and let us know which piece sparks your eco-interest.

The Cruz Della Casa line is available at Almacen de Beileza in Buenos Aires, Argentina and Mutate in Montevideo, Uruguay.
