Loved by fashionistas all over the globe, Australian brand Minkpink is kicking off its DIY “Suped up Slashers” contest today. The fun-loving, stylish brand is encouraging girls to grab a pair of iconic Minkpink slasher shorts and unleash their creativity. Imagine dip-dying, painting, studding, ripping or bedazzling the shorts to transform them into the next biggest trend. The winner of the contest will win a new wardrobe valued at $1000.
To enter the contest, DIY a pair of denim shorts and upload a picture of your creation to the competition tab on Minkpink’s Facebook. Then, have your friends vote for your design. The top six will become finalists and one winner will be determined by the Minkpink design team.
The “Suped up Slashers” competition runs from July 16 through Aug. 5.
