Difficult Times Result In Great Rewards
Listening to the Pet Shop Boys sneak peak video, followed by catching up on the current economic situation and the crisis in Italy, inspired a bit of reflection. Loss is one of the most difficult experiences a person can face, whether is be the loss of a loved one, the loss of a job or house, or the loss of a friendship. No matter how it is packaged, loss is emotionally arduous and taxing. But it is situations such as these that provide an opportunity for growth. Being faced with a challenge encourages you to define what you really want and what REALLY makes you happy. This plants the seed for a positive future and greater fulfillment living a life in alignment with what matters most. Loss in any form is difficult but can be rewarding.
After reading Lady LUX’s post last week where she posed the question ‘Are you living your purpose?,’ it got me to thinking… I encourage you to ask yourself these fundamental questions: What do I really want? What REALLY makes me happy?
