June 12: LA Eco Expo
Women of the Green Generation will host their very first eco-expo this summer. On June 12, top professionals in green industries will come together to share ideas, inspiration and ingenuity in downtown Los Angeles. Staged at the Evo-South, the only luxury LEED certified hotel in LA, guests will have a chance to mingle in a great modern design and one of the greenest buildings in the city.
The event hopes to empower green-thinking women to excel in the ever-expanding business. Over 300 women and 50 eco-friendly enterprises will take part in the one-day event. When visitors aren’t checking out eco-designers and home furnishings, they can chat with esteemed speakers such as Jennifer Grayson of the Huffington Post and New York Times bestselling author Sophie Uliano. The list of eco savvy professionals set to speak at the green meet is an extensive list from bloggers to television hosts. The expansive itinerary will allow even the eco-rookie a chance to learn more about living a environmentally sustainable lifestyle.
