Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week boasts accessories exhibit
When putting together an outfit, no ensemble would be complete without that perfect accessory. Whether a fab necklace or stunning timepiece, accessories are a must for any look. For the second year at Lincoln Center, Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week’s Fall 2011 Accessories Exhibit has honored this principle through its showcase of the latest accessory trends. So as the Fall 2011 collections debut during Fashion Week, find the last little touch to your wardrobe through this Fall 2011 Essentials display, which features a long list of participating designers:
Family-operated Italian brand Attilio Giusti Leombruni will be displaying his Italian shoes and boots for women, which feature neutral hues crafted in luxurious leathers and suede, and includes vintage-inspired lace-ups and loafers.
Bodhi has had great success with artistic and architectural bags that manage to be timeless. Created from the finest Italian leathers, with custom hardware and sophisticated details, the line includes clutches, hobos and satchels.
Cambria Cove is a line of unique gift items, from jewelry crafted by talented artisans and travel accessories to gourmet chocolates.
Spanish designer Laura Vela creates luxury handbags rooted in her character as a romantic, targeting women who want sophisticated design and luxurious materials.
The mission of LUSTBKLYN, designed by Cat Greenleaf, is to remind us to live in the actual world instead of in the virtual one. Her accessories line includes nameplate necklaces and earrings, message bracelets and rings, graphic T-shirts, smartphone cases, and more.
Celebrity stylist Crystal Streets will be debuting her LYRALOVESTAR jewelry collection, crafted for the fashion-forward woman who lives in the moment, looks to the future, and make dreams come true.
British label Radley London creates handbags and accessories boasting vibrant colors and distinctive, eccentric designs, inspired by the known and not-so-known cultures and crafts of the world.
Brazilian designer Carlos Sobral makes handcrafted statement-making jewelry and home accessories out of vibrant resin. He is displaying his new Kandinsky collection, which uses the artist’s bold colors and architecture to create necklaces, bangles, earrings and handbags.
Don’t miss any of these exciting exhibits, on display during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in the Lincoln Center. A press reception, hosted by IMG Fashion and CIRCA, is scheduled for Feb. 17 in the CIRCA Lounge at Lincoln Center.
