LUX Nation, today is a day that eight years ago changed our country forever. September 11, 2001 will forever weigh heavy on the hearts of the American people. The New York Skyline will never be looked at the same. The NYPD and NYFD are synonymous with courage and heroism. It is a day that, we as American people, were forced to come together, bonded by tragedy.

We, here at LadyLUX, wanted to take this moment to honor all of the lives that have been irrevocably changed by these tragic events that took place eight years ago. Take a moment to sit back and reflect upon the events that shaped our lives forever. Do you remember where you were when you first heard about Flights 11 & 175 crashing into the twin towers? Do you remember the silence we experienced on a national level? Do you remember what you thought as you watched the events unfold on the black box in front of you? Were you thinking about how precious life’s moments are? September 11, 2001 confirmed that we should be grateful to live in a country that has clearly shown its strength will weather even the most tragic storm.
