Courteney Cox & David Arquette Moonlight as Designers for a Good Cause

Calling all LUX philanthropists at heart! Courteney Cox and David Arquette have joined forces with U.S. Jewelry brand, Satya to design a collection of intricate butterfly-inspired pieces all in the name of charity!

These specially designed pieces will benefit a foundation that’s aimed at raising money for a rare skin disorder called Epidermolysis Bullosa, or EB as it’s most commonly referred to. This is a life-threatening genetic condition that produces burn-like wounds on the skin and makes it incredibly difficult to do even the simplest of tasks.

“There is a beautiful child named Brendon, the son of one of our dear friends, Andrea Pett Joseph, who was born with EPIDERMOLYSIS BULLOSA or EB,” Arquette told VOGUE.COM. “We were not aware of the condition until it affected us personally but, of course, once we got to know this incredible child we wanted to do whatever we could to help.”

Satya‘s motto of ‘jewelry made with beauty and meaning’ is perfectly aligned for this new collaboration with Cox and Arquette. Do note that 100% of the proceeds will go to EBMRF Foundation. What a beautiful representation of collaborations that truly make a positive impact on the world!

Since having a daughter of their own, Cox and Arquette both have noted how that has impacted the difference they make in the world. Striving to use their Hollywood status and name to make a positive difference. This is a noble task indeed, and definitely aligns with the LadyLUX philosophy of ‘good for the sake of good’!

“Beyond spirituality, it is about being a good person and doing what you can to make a difference and make this world a better place. It is important to do positive things in your life.” –continues Arquette.

If you’d like to support these children affected by EB by purchasing one of the pieces, please visit Satya stores or visit Satyajewelry.com online.
