BeWell Beauty & Wellness Expo
We’re always on the hunt for new beauty and wellness products and services so when we heard about the BeWell Beauty & Wellness Expo we knew we had to be there. On October 12-13, the expo will be showcasing the latest in beauty and wellness at the Pasadena Convention Center in Pasadena, Calif. With all there is to do at the expo, it can be a little overwhelming, so we've narrowed it down to five things you can’t miss:
1. Yoga Studio
To take a break from all the hustle and bustle of the expo, BeWell will have its very own yoga studio at the convention center. We even hear that GAIAM will be giving away yoga mats on a first-come, first-served basis. Seeing that their yoga mats retail for $20-40, we’d say that’s a pretty good deal!
2.Skin Analysis Lounge
Identifying your skin type is one of those things you dread, but need to do. There will be a skin analysis lounge at the expo to assist you in identifying your skin type and to tell you the current condition of your skin. At the end of your analysis you’ll receive a personalized form so you can walk the floor knowing which options are best for your skin.
3. Brow Bar
Brow trends seem to always be changing. Whether you wax, tweeze or thread, keeping your brows in shape is a beauty necessity. Brow expert Chella will be on hand at the brow bar and will be offering brow makeovers. On hand for your brow makeover will be Chella’s color, highlighting, gel, eye mask and grooming tools.
4. Eco-Nail Bar
One thing we really like about BeWell is how eco friendly its exhibitors are. Case in point, the eco-nail bar, which will be offering free mini-manicures. Bio Seaweed Gel will be offering its gel manicure services with over 150 colors to choose from. Even more exciting is that their gel formula won’t ruin your nails and actually promotes natural nail growth and shine.
5. Eco-Beauty Bar
We’re more conscious than ever of what products we’re putting on our skin, so we’re super excited to see what the eco-beauty bar has to offer. Eco-friendly makeup brand, Plain Jane Cosmetics, will be there to offer up a complimentary 5-minute makeover.
The BeWell Beauty and Wellness Expo has tickets available online for $25 for a one-day ticket, or $50 for a two-day ticket.
